We help you to get pre-approved with a lender before looking at homes. This allows you to purchase with confidence and be clear on your budget, monthly payments, down payment and closing cost needs.

STEP 3

PROPERTY SEARCH
We help with any purchase in the Payson, Pine, Strawberry, Star Valley, Christopher Creek and immediate surrounding areas, including new construction, resale homes, and other agents’ listings.

STEP 4

OFFER AND NEGOTIATION
As a buyer, you want The Deborah Rose Team’s negotiation skills on your side. We use our extensive experience and market expertise to make your offer stand out from the competition.

STEP 5

CONTINGENCY PERIOD
There can be a number of contingencies to get through to get to closing. From home inspections to financing, we’ll handle all the details to ensure that your property closes successfully. We are the main point of contact with everyone involved in the transaction. We will ensure your lender, inspector and the Title Company are all on the same page. This means you and everyone included will stay up-to-date and all questions or concerns are addressed ahead of deadlines.

STEP 6

CLOSING
During the final walkthrough, we will confirm that any necessary repairs have been completed and the home is clean and ready to move into. Then it is time to celebrate!

BEYOND CLOSING
